Hacking Customer Loyalty - turn regular customers into BRAND AMBASSADORS.
Today we will talk about turning customers into loyal customers.
What are loyal customers? Loyal customers are those who not only bring you business consistently, but also act as ambassadors of your brand or business, recommending you to friends and family and turning them into your customers.
Isn't that great?? It is but it also comes at a cost. In order to turn someone into a loyal customer you must follow a series of steps which continue to add value to your customer long before they even give you a dime and long after they put their wallet away.
This whole process isn't actually very complicated, it is summarized in two words: give value.
Give.
Value.
Nowadays it is very hard to say you may have a unique product or service. It may well be that whatever it is you are selling, your customer can also find elsewhere. So, what would make them choose you over the next guy or gal?
When you and your competition charge relatively the same price for a similar product or service, let's say security systems, but then you come around and tell your customer,
or
"Download our free app that allows you to monitor your home and check if your doors and windows are locked from anywhere in the world"
Don't you think that would actually be meaningful and bring a lot of value to your customer?

By the way try to not only market to them and slap price tags on their feed (we all hate that, am I right?) but to actually build a relationship with them and bring value to their lives, which will increase your chances of turning them into customers, or even better LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

One useful tool for real estate nowadays is Snapchat, create stories about the homes you are showing that day and you can showcase many homes at once to all your followers!
