What is the most important thing in your life?

The other day I felt a little bit blue so I wanted to watch something could make me feel better. So I decided to watch the movie About Time. I probably have seen this movie more than ten times so far.

If you look at the movie poster you probably think this is a movie filled with love stories of two main characters. But I think that About Time is about a movie that reminds me of what is the most important thing in life.

When the main character Tim turned to 21, his father told him that he can travel time. He can't go back to the past, and can't kill Hitler, but he can fix small mistakes. The main concern of the young Tim is to make a girlfriend. Time met Mary at the restaurant and fall in love with each other. Tim often uses time travel ability to make up for mistakes while dating with Mary.

So I want to ask you what do you want to do first if you can travel time? Maybe many people think you should make a lot of money, so did Tim. As soon as he knows he can travel time, Tim asks his father, and he thinks it's the right answer to making money! Then his father says,

Very mixed blessing.
Utterly screwed up your grandfather's life.
Left him without love or friends.
I've never bumped into a genuinely happy rich person.
You have to use it for things that
you really think will make your life the way you want it to be.

Tim and Mary getting married later in the movie, and I think it was the most beautiful wedding scene I've ever seen. I saw About Time and got the fantasy of Small Wedding on the beach :) Rachel McAdams wore a red dress for a wedding and I thought it's so lovely and pretty!!

And here comes my favorite line...

And so he told me the secret formula for happiness.
Port one of the two-part plan was that I should just get on with ordinary life, living it, day by day, like anyone else.
But then came part two of Dad's plan. He told me to live every day again almost exactly the same. The first time with all the tensions and worries that stop us noticing how sweet the world can be, but the second time noticing okay, Dad. Let's give it a go.

We're all traveling through time, together, every day of our lives...
All we can do is do our best to relish this remarkable life.
The truth is, I now don't travel back at all, not even for a day.
I just try to live every day as if I have deliberately come back to this one day, to enjoy it...
As if it was the full, final day of my extraordinary, ordinary life.
