*Weekend Night Market in Hanoi *
The most attractive thing about Hanoi is that tourists and local people are properly mixed everywhere you go. There is a big night market open in the old quarter during the weekend, and there were so many locals and also tourists.
The beer street is the busiest area in the old quarter, I went in there by accident and I had to deal with all the touting. Young Vietnamese boys called me "hey, sister" or "I love you, come to our bar" in Korean lol. It was so funny but it was hard to say no every time.
After passing the beer street we finally found the night market. Ummm compare to night markets in Thailand it was small and there were lots of cheap looking products such as fake brand clothes, fake brand perfume, etc.
Surprisingly, not many street foods were there. I found only one place that has street food and it was Korean food!! My favorite spicy rice cake 'Tteokbokki', and fish cakes. It was so busy with local people and also tourists. I didn't expect to see Korean street food in Hanoi so I was really surprised.
I think the first and last picture is what your heaven looks like? hehehe Am I wrong?
You're totally right ;)
