The Best Vietnamese Coffee Ever!!
Hey guys ;) Coffee is one of the famous things you can buy in Vietnam. Just like I imagined I could get good quality of coffee everywhere in Vietnam. I wanted to buy some coffee beans for my family and friends, so I went to so many places to find a good one.
There are quite a lot of shops that I can buy coffee beans in Hoi An Old Town, which is a tourist street. It is hard to try tasting before I buy it, and it is small in quantity, and it is quite expensive. I asked local people who I met on this trip and they gave me the advice to visit coffee roastery.
If you drive 10-15minuets from the old town, there is a big bridge called Cầu Cửa Đại. It's so weird that it's really close but if you close this bridge the atmosphere is totally different. You can't really see tourists in this area and there are only local people. I loved to go to this area because I could see the real Hoi An. While we were driving motorbike we found this roastery called Cavalry.
As soon as I went in this place I found coffee beans that they're drying out. I've never seen this in my life so it was really interesting. The staffs speak very little English and they had only Vietnamese menu :) Which made me so excited!!
I ordered Caphe Sua Da because that's the only Vietnamese coffee I know in Vietnamese hehe. OMG, this is the best coffee I've ever had!!!! The aroma is so deep and it has the perfect amount of bitter taste but when you drink it, it's so smooth !!
I asked help to staff to recommend coffee beans for me, and they recommend half Arabiaca and half Robusta mixed one.
I drinking this coffee every morning and I can't get sick of it!! It's just so good ;) If you're looking for coffee beans please please please visit Cavalry!! ;D
