Hey guys! This is @ramengirl. In Korea we eat Bossan(boiled pork) in the beginning of winter a lot. It's because beginning of winter is also the season of making Kimchi and Kimchi goes really well with Bossam :) I think the season of Bossam is getting closer now. But the thing is making Bossam is not easy. It takes a lot of time and effort. So today I want to share with you how to make Bossam in a super simple way. You just need to put the pork belly in foil and cook it in a frying pan. I going to add butter and garlic for flavour. So let's get started!

Butter garlic bossam

Prep: 15mins
Cook: 30mins

Ingredients:

• 300g pork belly
• 6-8 cloves garlic
• 1 green onion
• 1 ginger
• 2 bay leaf

Instructions:

1. Cut foil in big piece. Put pork on foil and butter it. I used already cut pork, but you can use thick one as well.
2. On top of that, you can put ginger, garlic, green onion, and green onion.
3. Cover with foil, place in pan, cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Take out the meat from the foil and cut it into small pieces. It's really simple, isn't it?😌 You can serve with Korean barbecue sauce called Samjang!

If you use this recipe, you can taste much softer meat than regular Bossam. And I like butter smell too. Well isn't butter makes everything more delicious? I ate this Bossam with my favorite seafood oysters which in the season right now. Is so simple to make and easy so I hope you guys try this!
