Cake typical Aceh "APAM"

Food typical of Aceh this one cuman exist in certain months and certain time only. His name is also a typical food, of course have its own characteristics dong.
This one food is called APAM ACEH (pancake). In Aceh itself this name is synonymous with special cooked food in Rajab (month 7 Hijri). This is also often called Apam month, where it has become a tradition in Aceh to cook it and then distributed to everyone as a form of gratitude to Allah SWT.
Usually the cooking cake Apam is special housewives who are compactly cook together. For example, they take a house or a home page to serve as cooking stalls.
Made from rice flour mixed with coconut milk and cooked in a clay pan to quickly cook and have its own taste.
This cake is also ripe at the event 40 days after someone died then in sedekahkan to residents.
