Assalamualaikum how are you all In this winter day, the cold weather is definitely good for everyone's mind and body. We all like winter. It is the season to eat different kinds of pithapulis, pies, different kinds of things. For the last 3 days the weather has been blinking due to low pressure. There is no sun and winter is coming. Gentle breeze. Suddenly a guest came to my house, this time my husband's friend came from Dhaka. My husband told me to cook. He loves biryani from my hands and egg korma. At 9 o'clock in the night, my husband brought me from the market, I started cooking. Today I will share the recipe of the egg korma I cooked with you, I hope you will like it. If you cook like this, children also like to eat it. Since eggs are healthy food, if eggs can be cooked in different ways, the children will also have taste in their mouths and the nutrients in the body will increase. Now let's see how I cooked the egg korma. First, the eggs should be boiled. Once boiled, the eggs should be peeled and washed with good water once more. If there are any shells on the eggs, then they will be clean.

Then lightly fry the eggs in a pan. Then put the eggs in a clean container. Now I will leave some hot spices on the hot oil and then stir well with onion batter, garlic batter, ginger batter. Then grind it well with chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt. When the spices are crushed I will add about a spoonful of vinegar and then about 4 spoonfuls of tomato puree.

Now after mixing everything well, I will leave the eggs and shake them for a while and add a little water. This time it will boil and then I will add light sugar at the end. I will leave a few raw chilies, then when it becomes mako mako, I will take down the korma of the egg.

My korma is ready. Masha Allah, it is very fun to eat. It's as fun to eat with Polao as it is to eat with biryani. Now I am sharing what ingredients and quantities I used to make it.
