Thank you, it means a lot and I'm feeling very positive that things can improve with this treatment and also positive thinking and action. Not sure if I'll get back to running triathlons like I used to when I was younger any time soon though, but ya never know 🙂
Haha, triathalon in the singular if I'm honest Redrica.
I trained myself to run one in 6 months one year in 2010. Cycling and swimming weren't that big an issue but I'd never jogged before that so the training for the 10k running section was hellish.... but I did it and made a few hundred £ for children in need :)
I advise you start using steempress.io as well, you'd get votes for such quality posts you've got here really, that means more upvote for you, my goodness wow.
Glad you enjoyed the writing and pics Jose. I've always been a little reticent about using steempress as I don't blog with my wordpress account and I only have basic membership. The steempress plugin is only available with the upgraded account which costs $$
I have very little money as it is, and I've got used to using markdown on steemit or busy. The dapps are cool, but they usually take a beneficiary cut and often there are extra expenses as with steempress.
I felt a kinship with you wben you said that you noticed a feeling of wellness that wasnt there before. It is as if a window has been opened to let in a cooling breeze of air and it makes you smile when you notice it. Be blessed and claim wholeness!

I only got that feeling briefly today but it gives me hope that I can solve my health issues. Ha ha, maybe I just feel better because I haven't eaten any normal food for 5 days 😂
