Paneer bhurji
500 gm paneer
1 kg tomatoes
2 Tbsp desi ghee
2 straight clears out
3 entire red chillies
1 piece mace
5 green cardamoms
4-5 cloves
2 dark pepper corns
3 tsp garlic glue
1/2 tsp ginger glue
2 tsp cumin seeds
Hacked green chillies
2 tsp hacked garlic and ginger
1 hacked onion
1 container cashew nut glue
1/2 container cream
1 tsp red stew powder
1 tsp cumin seed powder
2 Tbsp hacked coriander takes off
Salt
Tad of lemon juice
For the marinade:
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp garlic glue
1 tsp red bean stew powder
Optional
1 tsp Kasuri methi powder
Method
Cleave the onions, tomatoes and chillies finely.
Warmth oil in a profound bottomed container, include the cumin seeds, slashed onions and the ginger garlic glue, broil till dark colored.
Include the chillies and tomatoes and sear till they are delicate and thick.
Include turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and little water with the goal that all the masalas are all around consolidated.
Include ground paneer and broil for 5 minutes till the paneer mixes into the masala.
Embellishment with cleaved coriander and serve hot.
