Smoothie with ginger
Hello!
It’s almost like spring here. Cool! Winter was great but enough for this year.
Unfortunately, I don’t feel very well today, but I am ready to fight against any illness!
So as I have lost appetite, I made healthy smoothie:
Recipe:
¼ melon
1 banana
1 cm slice ginger
1 cup coconut milk
lemon juice
chia seeds
Easy and tasty, hopefully, will protect me against any nasty virus that is planning to destroy me!
