Walks and short stories from the end and the beginning of the year (Romania)
In the cold and cold winter days of January, I like to stay in the arms with my laptop that warms me up, write and leave me inspired by the aroma of a hot and sweet chocolate. So today, being one of those days, I tell you a little about the short walks from the end of December and the road to Cluj(Romania) from the second of January, all with stops and pictures ...
Before any winter holiday to get around, I got to Arad. Nor did I think I was going to get to Arad before Christmas, but here's some business that brought us to the capital of the county. So short, as short as the shortest day of the year (December 21 solstice).
What we wanted to see, if we did not go through Arad, it was Gara. God, as I've gone through it as old as it was, but now it seems to have won the status of the most modern station in Romania. It's not a bast, but there's not much work to do, and probably all escalators will be functional, the platforms will look great, and the interior can be admired as a museum. Let us not forget, however, that the Arad railway station is one of the 5 or 6 "historic" stations in Romania, along with the North Railway Station, the Iasi Railway Station, the Suceava railway station, etc.
And because we had to cross the very center of the city we stopped at the Christmas Fair in Arad, in front of the Town Hall. It was not great, but it was more than nothing, I really did not expect to be so cute.
A few days later, when I nearly smoked at a place in Ineu (that the law no longer came into force), we decided to go to Deal to take some pictures on a very photogenic fog and on a cold that seemed to be shy. About Deal I told you horror here on the blog, it's one of Ineu's favorite places. This time, I wanted to air our lungs and due to an alert walk, let's probably make the New Year's Eve dinner after the happy Christmas
What I love about this Hill is that after 20 years there are still places I have not seen. For example, the forest in the forest always has other sides to see, other colors to show and other moments to reveal itself. Not to say how much a moral ride to me next to Rovina Forest, whether it is a decoration of the Blair Witch Project.
We really energized this outing at Deal, even if after her (but not for her) it took me a complex cold, just as Ineu is there laughing Winter goes to the Deal even without snow is not an idea not bad at all. Those in the area can say that I recommend them: leave a little of the comfort zone (that is to say, Walk to the Deal only May 1 or Surechi, haha) and enjoy the surroundings!
And if the year ended in the day trip style, maybe it was not a chance to start it and the new one in the same style. So, according to the good habit of late (I do not know why this has not happened for a while) we stopped at Oradea on our way to Cluj. About Oradea ... hmmm, many could tell you a lot. I still like this city and I have some immense nerves that I did not find it right at the right time. Now you say that I have more curiosity than 8 years ago when I was at hand, offf ... But I feel it's not the time lost!
Oradea is developing very nicely! It's not at all for me, but it's in a stunning transformation as if it's a whole different city than it used to be in the past. You have to see it in 2016, you have to see the new Square of the Union, taken from the western cities, you have to reach the Mushroom, the Citadel and many other places. I assure you that you will hear a good deal about Oradea this year and you will be pleased to go ... It was a pity that it was too cold on January 2nd to sit and take pictures, but the above image hopes to be enough for moment to consider it.
I want to go to Oradea, maybe in the spring, with a state-of-the-art chef a weekend, maybe with a swallow in Felix, maybe a lot of other things to do. It would be a shy plan to say that planning should be a 2 hours drive away and where you can expect friends
