The origins and beauty of Al-Munawarah Mosque at Jantho, Aceh Besar

When you visit the city of Jantho, the capital of Aceh Besar district, it is not perfect if not taking time to pray at Al-Munawwarah Grand Mosque in the middle of Jantho City. The construction of the mosque began on Friday, August 17, 1984 marked by the laying of the first stone by the then Governor of Aceh, Hadi Thayeb, Aceh Besar Regent Drs HM Zein Hasjmy, Chairman of Aceh Besar DPRD Zakaria R Alwy, and Tgk Abd Djalil Ibrahim as chairman of the development committee the mosque.

The area of ​​Al-Munawwarah Grand Mosque is 40x42 square meters. Initially, the funds budgeted for the construction of the mosque was Rp 450 million. Thanks to the support of various parties, on Friday, April 22, 1988, this mosque was inaugurated by the Regent of Aceh Besar Drs HM Zein Hasjmy, well that is the origin and do not forget to stop at this mosque.
