How to cook delicious quail egg beef soup
My beef soup is made with easy and simple ingredients, but it feels like making my kids eat more and more 😃
material
• 1/2kg of beef bone,
• 3 potatoes
• 3 carrots
• 1 tomato
• 10 quail eggs
• 2 stalks of chives, chopped
• Celery leaves to taste chopped
• Salt
• 1.5 liters of water
• Fried onions
• Adequate cooking oil for sautéing.
Softened seasoning:
8 garlic cloves
6 shallots
1 tbsp Pepper
Steps to make it:
Boil the meat until tender.
While stir-fry the spices until fragrant. Then add the fine spices to the meat stew.
Add potatoes, carrots, tomatoes and boiled quail eggs. Add chives, celery and salt.
Serve the cooked beef soup and top it with fried onions.
