Tested Steemfollower for you and here is my opinion.
What is steemfollower.com
Steemfollower.com is an upvote-4-upvote or follow-4-follow exchange site. They offer you huge rewards for your upvote.
Let me show you how it really works.
You upvote a post, and the amount your vote added to the post's payout is credited to you account balance. It works without issues. However, there are other issues. Most of the users this platform drain their voting power, and their votes become worthless.
As you can see on the picture, I have 2.8179 SBD pending balance. It's been like that for days now.
Let's take a look on the numbers on Steemnow.com.
You can see the votes I receive from the last 22 hours. All the 45.55% are from Steemfollower.com. If you count the total amount of SBD those votes worth it's probably less than 0.02 SBD. On the other hand, I barely got upvotes from the site.
Let's move on to the Follow exchange.
I have a lot of pending followers for long enough to realize it's not going ever to happen. The same thing as upvote exchange.
Security
On the front page, it says

You will Login with Steemconnect, we never store your information on server or on your browser.So, Hacking your account by this site is impossible.
While the developer of the site posted this on Discord earlier today. Now he wants the private posting key to use his site.
The posting key is used for posting and voting. It should be different from the active and owner keys.
This is what the private posting key is used for, and you would share it with Steemconnect either way, but would you share it with someone else too? Steemconnect has its reputation, but what about Steemfollower? It's a new project, the site barely works and would you give them the power to use your votes?
It's up to you who you trust, but I'm out of this project.
Is it worth using it?
In my opinion, no. The amount of money you get in upvotes are close to 0, and the follower exchange doesn't even work properly, but even if it'd work, I rather have fewer followers who actually take care of my posts or millions who won't read them.

in steemit.com when you upvote a post, will you receive upvote back? I think no.
in steemit.com we have many as many posts which is made finding good contents harder.
but:
in steemfollower.com, your posts will be displayed to users and they will upvote if they like. such as steemit.com.
Also, your upvotes goes to my account? 2 SBD? No. you helped and curated some good posts. and you will receive some upvote. but it will take time.
by rising users, it will be fixed. and I will add some new feature too.
