STEP-03(Boiled Egg)I boiled an egg. Then I peeled it and cut it into pieces.
STEP-04(Mixing )In a bowl, I took five spoons of mayonnaise and one and a half spoons of mustard paste. I mixed it well.
STEP-05(Final Serve)Now in a bowl, I first took the peas, then the potatoes, carrots and eggs. Finally, I mixed the previously mixed mayonnaise and mustard paste with the vegetables. Finally, I put a small amount of coriander leaves and an egg on top and served it beautifully.
My Russian salad recipe is finished. Now it's time to serve it. My wife and I ate this Russian salad in dinner. It was quite delicious. But I froze it for 2 hours before eating it.
TASK-02Question-02 In your country, what variation do you typically add to Russian salad? Tell us about the flavor of your salad? Did it meet your expectations?
Answer:- I made Russian salad exactly the way you made it. But before making the salad, I had planned to add pineapple here. But unfortunately, it was not available in the local market. But later I added pineapple and made this salad. And I added a small amount of black pepper powder here to enhance the taste and aroma of the salad.I found the salad I made very delicious. This salad is completely new to me. I have never eaten it before. But as a new one, it is great for me to eat it. Every vegetable is boiled properly . Which feels different as soon as I put it in my mouth. The taste of light mustard was in my mouth which I really liked eating the salad. The salad turned out exactly as I wanted. I will make and eat such a salad sometimes. This is a different taste. Which I have eaten for the first time as a Bangladeshi.
TASK-03Question-03 Highlight the benefits of potatoes and carrots and indicate the price of these vegetables on Steem.
Answer:-
Potatoes are rich in carbohydrates, which serve as the main source of energy for the body. Potatoes provide energy for both the brain and muscles. Potatoes are a good source of vitamin C, which boosts immunity. Potatoes contain potassium, which helps control blood pressure and maintain heart health. Potatoes contain minerals like iron, magnesium, and phosphorus, which help strengthen bones.Carrots are one of the best sources of beta-carotene. This beta-carotene is converted into vitamin A in the body, which maintains eye health, especially night vision. Carrots are rich in antioxidants such as beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, lutein, and vitamins C and E. These antioxidants protect the body's cells from free radical damage and help reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as cancer and heart disease. The fiber in carrots aids in digestion, relieves constipation, and maintains good intestinal health.

TASK-04Question-04 Do you have any special tips for making this salad? Share them.
Answer:- Russian salad is a classic and popular salad. There are some special tips for making it that make its taste and texture extraordinary. I think choosing the right vegetables is the main point of Russian salad. The main vegetables in Russian salad are potatoes, carrots and peas. Instead of starchy potatoes, it is better to use less starchy potatoes, such as white or red potatoes. They do not become too soft after boiling. It is better to cut the potatoes into small cubes (1/2 to 1 inch). You need to use sweet and fresh carrots. Here, cutting the potatoes and carrots into cubes of the same size looks beautiful and you can taste everything in every bite. It is better to cut the vegetables into cubes and then boil them in stages. Then all the vegetables will be cooked well. Pepper powder adds a light spicy flavor to the salad. That is why I added a small amount of pepper powder.
