Hi guys how is your day going I hope you all are having fun and enjoying your day, today I will be taking part in another amazing contest organized by @cryptoloover with the title "Dairy Milk vs Artificial Milk".

INTRODUCTION

Milk is one of the most delicious and sweetest natural drink in the world and it is consume by everyone, so in my todays entry I will be sharing with you guys the nutritional differences between dairy milk and artificial milk, it's benefits, availability and cost comparison and I hope you all will enjoy reading it.

WHAT ARE SOME NUTRITIONAL DIFFERENCES BETWEEN DIARY AND ARTIFICIAL MILK?

Some people prefer to consume dairy milk than artificial milk while others chooses to consume artificial milk than dairy milk, so below I will list some of the nutritional differences between them;

DAIRY MILK

• It is a good source and very much rich in protein
• It is very much richer in calcium content
• It is very rich in natural sugar which is in form of lactose

ARTIFICIAL MILK

• It has low protein contents as compared to dairy milk
• Calcium in artificial milk are added separately
• Artificial Milk contains less sugar

WHAT ARE THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF DIARY MILK?

Dairy Milk comes with great benefits to the human body when consume because it is very rich in essential nutrients like protein, vitamin D, calcium etc. Some of the benefits of dairy milk are;

• It helps in building and maintaining strong bones
• It helps in repairing muscle tissues
• It encourages strong teeth
• It helps lower blood pressure thereby reducing hypertension
• It's nutrients helps protect the body against diseases

IS DIARY MILK AVAILABLE IN YOUR AREA? WHAT DO YOU TAKE MOSTLY DIARY OR ARTIFICIAL MILK?

I'm staying in akwa ibom which is a state in the southern part of Nigeria and we do not really have cows, rather the rearing of cows in large scale is done in the northern part of Nigeria by the Hausa people.

So the production of dairy milk is only done in the northern part of our country but we in the southern region only consume artificial milk like pig milk, micksy, cowbell etc which are different milk from different milk companies.

But I would say that artificial milk is always very amazing and the companies have really tried their best to make it taste natural just like dairy milk especially the pig milk company, but some milk company when you consume their milk some will pouch you and you will be spending most of your time in the toilet 🚽.

COMPARE THE COST OF DIARY AND ARTIFICIAL MILK?

The price of dairy milk is always cheaper as compared to that of artificial milk because it is locally produced I was fortunate enough to see one and buy, it was sold by a Hausa man a liter cost 300 naira which is equivalent to 3 steem.

While on the other hand the artificial milk comes in various forms and of various sizes and also the price varies depending on the company that is supplying them for example cowbell, micksy, pig milk the medium may cost 1500, 1600, 2000 naira respectively which is equivalent to 15, 16, & 20 steem respectively.

So you see the price of artificial milk is were more expensive than that of the dairy milk but still dairy milk is were more richer in nutrients than artificial milk.
