I know we've all been wondering what the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's litecoin project and countdown timer is all about.
Watch this TED talks video from 2016 and listen to what the speaker starts talking about around 19 minutes in the SPECIFICALLY listen to what she says at about 20:50-20:55.
I mean, she specifically mentions M.I.T. and blockchain technology and mentions a very serious and practical application that attacks one of the most hated institutions in the United States!
Isn't this big news? I know what you're thinking, "litecoin's just a coin" you cant use it for that, but a system like that is monetized and they need a way to track expenses and resources and exchange the value between entities along with medical information and 2-3 minute transaction times are probably adequate for that and LTC is RELIABLE

its one of my top ones, I can't believe no one is checking this story out, was this already well known ? I thought this was huge news, even thought of making a YT vid about it and I dont do videos.
