✅ What is your favorite leisure time activity?
My favorite leisure time activity is during the afternoon time which usually begins from 2 pm down to 4 pm. As a medical personnel working in a big hospital, I usually give myself time to rest and once it is 2 pm I will take a break from doing office work and rest.
The reason why 2p to 4 pm is my favorite leisure time is because, during such an hour of the day, I usually get so tired from work that the weather is usually high which always prompts me to rest.
Here in Nigeria especially in this harmattan season, the sun that usually comes out from 2 pm is extremely high and someone needs to take a break from working.
✅ Do you prefer to spend your free time with people or alone?
Well, it depends on how stressful I am before I know I am to spend my time with people or alone. However, I enjoy spending my time with people so I can have fun, feel happy, and relax when the people am spending my time with are cracking jokes.
In a situation where I am sad and feel very tired or stressed I prefer spending my time alone so I can have enough time to rest and regain my list strength.
✅ What is a common leisure activity in your country?
The common leisure activity in Nigeria is Sports activity such as football, basketball, boxing, swimming, tennis etc. Sport is the activity that Nigerians usually spend their time doing during leisure hours.
Due to how common sports activity is during leisure hours in Nigeria most companies, enterprises, schools, and other areas of the workplace usually have sports centers for staff.
✅Do you think leisure time is important?
Yes, I do think leisure time is important. Leisure time makes us feel happy and energized after we have been stressed from work or activity, which means leisure time is important as it helps us to regain strength.
Also, leisure time is important as it helps us to associate with other people and discuss vital information.
Having leisure time, you will have the time to eat play, and do other things that make you feel happy which is why it is said that all work without play makes Jack a dull boy which means leisure time is very important.
