To The West - SOLD!

Here's another of the three pieces that sold the other day. This piece had a few people interested in the past year and change, but it has finally found a home to live in, and I'm just flabbergasted, honestly... to have sent so many pieces away in such a short time.

Several pieces went out to the George Street Diner (129 George St, Toronto, Ontario), yesterday. I got there at three - they had just closed early to prepare for the delivery and installation of a whole bunch of new kitchen stuff, like a flat top for pancakes, and a refrigerator. My friend Ash, who owns the business (who is the friendliest, kindest, sauciest, sprite-like human being you can find these days) went to work straight away putting my work up on the walls in anticipation of the opening after-party that's to happen there in a couple weeks. I think she was also glad to have something fresh on the walls to look at. You spend too many hours in one place, your eyes get tired. Novelty is good for moral. I like to think.
