To Be Improved.

This is the piece I was referring to yesterday and the day before. It was a good example of the skills I had when I made it, but I don't feel that it represents what I can do anymore. I still think that the thought behind it is valid - that people voted Justin Trudeau in thinking he could fix all the problems wrought by the Harper government. It's called 'Immaculate Election'.

Just as I suspected, Trudeau has, by means of not fixing all the problems, facilitated an even-more disenfranchised populace. They always, ALWAYS swing-shift their votes when they're dissatisfied. At best, this means a split-vote between the two parties opposing the conservatives, who are these days, basically fascist, and at worst, it means a conservative majority.

Every time they're in, the sneak bills by that leave the environment more and more susceptible to damage, they try to retable issues on reproductive rights, the reduce regulations on gun control (which has caused a HUGE spike in gun violence, thanks Harper) and worst of all, they snip away at the regulations regarding voters' rights. That's not all, obviously there's the whole racism and immigration issues thing, but that democracy is being chipped away in favour of fascist dictatorship, election by election is terrifying.

Ford set up this Teachers Snitch Line, encouraging parents to tattle on teachers who try to teach their students about the existence of trans people and consent. The punishment will be that the accused teachers will be slapped with a sex-offender record, and probably not be able to work again. What happens if a parent just doesn't like a teacher?

Doesn't this remind anyone of Nazi Germany, when kids were encouraged to snitch on their parents for falling out of line?

I'm nauseated by the idea of Cons having Federal power again, but I expect it to happen anyway.
