Italian bread with egg and roasted tomatoes!!
Prepare a gourmet delight with very simple ingredients
If you start to try ciabatta bread, you can eat it whole! If you cut it into straight slices you can make small sandwiches; if they are oblique, they will be bigger. To season it to taste, you can present it with packets of salt with aromatic herbs.
FOR 4 PEOPLE
Ingredients:
- 2 ciabattas (Italian bread)
- 20 to 24 cocktail tomatitos
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 sprigs of parsley
- 3 sprigs of basil
- 4 cold hard boiled eggs
- 8 artichokes in oil
- ½ yellow lemon
- Oil, salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation:
Cut the tomatoes in half, remove them and put them to drain in a colander. Sprinkle on a baking sheet, cover with a mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic and chopped parsley. Bake with oil and put them in the oven for 10 minutes.
Divide the bread in half, brush the inside with a little oil and pour the roasted tomatoes and the hard-boiled eggs cut into slices. Season everything with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Complete with sliced artichokes and basil leaves. Close the breads and wrap them in waxed paper.
