Start with yourself

We all face some bad issues from time to time, some of us may have financial issues others may have medical issues or some of us have problems with their family or at work, but wait a second and let’s take a look; If i have such problems
do i have to be negative to my friends and my entourage?
Do i have to nag every time i see anyone in front of me?
Let’s say a friend of mine saluted me, hey good morning, how are you today ?
Do i have to answer him in a negative way?
Well, look i am not fine, i had a fight with my boss, i have debts, i hate my life!!!

Wooow, wait a second...

Your friend is not obliged to hear all of that, maybe he has his own problems too and maybe his problems are much bigger than yours so think this way, every problem in our life is a contest every bad issue happens to us it’s only making us stronger and helping us to understand life better and the most important of all is that every problem will be solved sooner or later.
So my friends these words are for you and for me, we should all start changing ourselves or at least improve ourselves.

The second best thing you can do with your lips is to smile.
Smiling in the face of your friend is a solution for a problem, maybe all what your friend is asking is for a smile and a good word so smile and only try to use good words with each others and we all going to see a positive change not only in our life but also in our world.

Don’t wait others to start but start with yourself.
