The Liberty Room sounds like this really cool exclusive place on the south lawn, right? Nope. It's actually part of my favorite cheesesteak establishment in Tucson, AZ.
What's so special about Frankie's is that it is a fixture in our local community as well as the world's best/longest cheesesteak. It's also genuinely authentic. It may be Tucson, but the heart an soul of these cheese steaks was born and bred in Philly.
It's about being real and true
Frankie's is true to their craft, true to Philly, true to Tucson, and true to the United States of America. If you're going to make real Philly cheesesteaks, you don't just have to believe in the craft, you have to believe in Philadelphia and what it meant to the united colonies as well as what it now means to the USA. That's why we have...The Liberty Room.
