I am glad to see you expressing yourself in this format. As an introvert I do understand the difficulty expressing what is inside, yet that makes us part of who we are.

I have my own inner emotional pains I am working through right now. It is interfering with staying on top of my work. Part of me would like to run away, yet I know of my responsibilities.

As we go through trials and tribulations of life we carry those experiences with us and the success of getting though them. As the years go on and you reach my age there is that part of me that no matter how much pain I carry I will get through it, because I have been through it before.

My heart goes out to you.
