Tasting Authentic Local Arroze Pon Pollo Panama Style On The Beach

Arroze Con Pollo just means rice with chicken. However Every Latin American Country has a version of this dish. Which makes it special compared to others.

The reason it’s so common is that it’s fast and cheap. Can feed a big Latin American family cheaply and easily.

I got to eat a meal prepared by a Panamanian friend on the beach.

Here in panama besides the rice and chicken there are some veggies but the special flavor combo is olives and raisins.

All in all it’s not fancy or awesome but I liked it and so did the kids.

What I like most is trying and experiencing authentic culture and flavor!
