It's my 1 year Anniversary on Steemit!
I am celebrating with a showcase of 13 of my BEST Montana photos so far this year.
Allow me to introduce myself, I am GiGi, and I live in a remote stretch of Montana. I have been in Montana for a decade now, and I love everything about it. My blog has been mostly dedicated to the natural beauty that surrounds me. My goal is to share my rare and unique experiences with fellow Steemians, like you! This is where I live now, right on the headwaters of the Missouri River. Yes, the Mighty Mo begins its journey right here in Montana!
I just love this creepy ice cream cone! It is found in Wolf Creek, Montana.

The Dearborn River is comprised of a spring river and snowmelt. Just look at how crystal clear aqua blue the water is. And I love the collection of puffy clouds!
These sheep are taking a cool drink in on a hot day here at Holter Lake.

Ah, Morels, one of the tastiest shrooms I have ever eaten! I foraged quite a few this year.
This lovely doe is resting in a field full of pink and yellow flowers.
This little baby robin wouldn't move an inch when I approached it for a close up. The poor little guy was seperated from his parents, but they found him!
A sheep family chilling out in the cool grass.
Last but not least! This was a rather spooky day, I found an abandoned railroad tunnel that was practically collapsing in on itself. Very freaky to go into.

Yes the summers are great and the winters are as well if you like winter activities. I like to snow shoe.
