Late Afternoon Pancake Snack

The lab results of my dad are not yet in when we checked today so we rushed back home because it will take longer to wait. While doing nothing and feeling quite hungry and exhausted I made these quick pancake that I learned from a friend. We chat about it and I learned about the process. Today would be the perfect time to make a pancake

I drizzled them with chocolate syrup as soon as they are cooked. I love a hot thin pancake with choco syrup. Very filling and a nice carb fix now that I am feeling hungry.
