Hydro-Québec considers raising rates for Bitcoin miners

It is correct to increase the price for the mining company and reduce the price for residence.

But I don't think they want to reduce the price for residence. :(

    when we area talking about under 4 cents CAD per kwh, I doubt it. They could increase it to 5 cents per kwh and it would still be extremely cheap.
