Silicon Valley is getting ready for PYLON NETWORK!
– Klenergy was voted as the most innovative Spanish Startup-finalist of South Summit 2017, last October.
– An independent committee selected Klenergy and Pylon Network as winners, unanimously!
– The won prize is a paid trip to Silicon Valley and a 2-week accelerator program accommodated by the iconic RocketSpace (co-working space) in San Francisco.
– Klenergy team leaves on Thursday to spend the next 3 weeks in San Francisco with the aim to get into discussions with interested parties of the Californian energy sector and explore the possible applications of Pylon Network and its demonstration within the operational framework of the United States
As we have informed you in our blog since last October, Klenergy has been awarded a trip to Silicon Valley by Spain Tech Center as “the most innovative Spanish startup” of all 100 finalists of South Summit 17 competition. Klenergy was chosen unanimously as the winner of this award by an independent committee during the competition.
We have been preparing for the trip to the other side of the Atlantic since we received our award. We have been working tirelessly to analyze the Californian market, re-establish connections with our advisors and network from California, polishing our pitch deck and arranging a series of meetings with players that could add great value and an international flavor to Pylon Network.
Now the time has come and we are ready for leaving on Thursday 23rd November!
As part of the award, Klenergy and Pylon Network will follow the two-week Immersion Program of Spain Tech Center. The Immersion Program aims at creating bridges between Spanish startups and the Silicon Valley startup eco-system.
The program includes a variety of classes focusing on pitch training, operating and scaling your business in the US, meetings with various VCs and investor networks as wells as visits in the most prestigious companies of the Valley (e.g. Google). The highlight of the program regarding Pylon Network is undoubtedly the Pitch night on November 29th.
The final pitch event will take place in the Embarcadero center in downtown San Francisco and will bring together the full range of the Silicon Valley startup eco-system: investors, mentors, growth hackers, legal advisors and other innovative startups that have their eyes on the US market.
