Wheat flour 125 gr
Baking powder 1¼ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Chicken egg 1 egg
Liquid milk 200 ml
Multipurpose Blue Band, melted 1 tbsp
Multipurpose Blue Band, for cooking 2 tbsp
Topping material
2 tbsp tomato sauce
Onion, sliced lengthwise ½ fruit
Cow sausage, thinly sliced 2 pieces
Grated cheddar cheese 50 gr
** Presentation Step **
- 15-30 minutes *
- Pancake: stir all pancakes until they are well blended and nothing is clothed. Heat a little Blue Band over a nonstick flat pan. Take 1 ½ tablespoons of vegetable (75 ml) of dough, cook until bubbly appears. Turn it over, then cook it thoroughly. Lift. Repeat until it runs out.
- Heat the remaining Blue Band in the pan. Saute the onion until fragrant. Enter the sausage, cook until done. Lift.
- Completion: take 1 sheet of pancake. Olesi one of its surface with tomato sauce. Sausage sausage on top. Sprinkle with cheese. If you want, heat it for a while in the oven / microwave until the melted cheese.
- Serve immediately.
