Cebu's Tastiest Liempo

Liempo is a popular filipino delicacy for Pork belly. i am not big on eating Pork but when ever i came across a good deal, i appreciate and stick to it.

i was introduced to this place by a dear friend couple moons ago, and recently i felt the strong urge to go back there simply because their Liempo was heavenly good.
after fasting for almost 24hrs, i called upon a foodie friend @cheft who happens to also have a great appetite, waay more than i do.

we met up at the restaurant in a matter of an hour from the time we spoke and all i could think off is pork Fat (an inside Joke) , in other words, Liempo. i couldn't wait to just have a good portion of that, with 2cups of rice and a veggie dish on the side. that is really just what i wanted.

My friend on the other hand goes hard on the menus, she ended up ordering for a chicken curry and pancit palabok ontop of the 600grams of liempo. Yes this is a meal for 2 ladies, only.

The fact that my mind eas soleky focused on the Liempo, i hardly tasted any of the other dishes, ny friend said the curry was good, i believe her judgement but thw liempo was Bomb.
The servings were generous, we ate and could not finish.

This place is located along the F. cabahug street, after Serrosa hotel, right at the corner before Gagfa and sykes buildings.

what we had could have been good for upto 4-5 people for as low750 pesos

if you are around the Mabolo area in Cebu city, i'd recommend to pay them a visit, make sure you are hungry. they have manok as well, if you are a non pork eater. but if you are a very strict non pork eater then i would not recommend as they grill both the liempo and manok in the same place.
