Top of Cebu.
Most of the restaurants located on the top of the city are usually on the higher end , unlike this restaurant .
They give you great tasting food, fantastic view at awesome prices.
Its located uphill , 30-45 mins from the city, the road going up there is in great condition, great atmosphere and views of the city as you anticipate for a better one at the restaurant.
For the best experience of the view, i reccomend to reserve a table way in advance , at the seats with the best view as those get occupied pretty fast.
My friends and i went a little bit late, with no reservation at all, so we did not get a great view from the table we were at, nut the fact that you know you are in a great atmosphere, its good enough to uplift your mood. Far from the city noise and pollution.
Here are the few photos i captured. and if you are here early, you can see the temple of leah. One can posssibly and easily plan to visit both places.

Food service here was slow, and servings were a bit slow. i'd imagine they get overwhelmed by the number of people as it os always packed.
Overall experience though was great.
