House Is Quiet After 7 Days
The house seems so quiet after my grandson left. I will miss the loud laughter and the giggles and even the shouting when playing with the other kids in the house.
The house is different when there is a baby in the house. There have been babies in the house but it is different when it is your grandson and lives upstairs.
I will miss feeding him and playing with him.
It has been a long time since I took care of a baby, fed him, bathed him and played with him. I would feed him first before eating myself, sometimes I forget to eat myself.
It was different wilenthey were here. Now it feels so quiet and calm. How I wish they could stay here forever, but I know it can’t be. I am happy I was able to spend a few days with my grandson and we had a good bonding. I know he recognized me from after all are video calls while he was still in the US.
Maybe someday we can be together again soon. I really miss him now. I am waiting for my daughter’s message when they arrive back home. A few hours ago their stop-over was in Taiwan. So I hope they had a safe trip.
Soon things will be back to normal, I will have more time to make posts and do more of my daily routine especially my Diamond Art Paint.
