Proverbs of the Week ..... Proverbs 20:21

"An inheritance gained hastily at the beginning, will not be blessed at the end"- Provide 20:21. It is the spirit of 'come quick, go quick.'
This passage is a warning to those who are always happy to cheat on others; probably because of their strength in the community or their 'status', charms, or witchcraft activities, robbery, killing etc.

If you are still involved in this kind of evil, go to bed tonight and think deeply (a) if you can tell exactly when you are drifted into sleep and (b) when you are up from that 'death' to have access to a new day; if you cannot, then you need to know that this world is a market place.
It is a place where we have come to 'buy' and 'sell'; and when it is time you MUST go 'home.' Surely you won't want your children to suffer any kind of reproach when you are gone because of the way you have maltreated others. Prov.13:22....A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children but the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.
So as we go out this week, even in our own homes, let us remember that "whoever has no rule over his own spirit, is like a city broken down without walls.
