Cauliflower For Pizza Crust?

Okay, so I have been browsing some low carb versatile vegetables online for low carb recipes.

Cauliflower is one of the popular choices and haven't tried using it as my pizza crust... Hmmm...

I guess will give it a try...

      I have friends who have all raved about using cauliflower for a pizza crust but I am still yet to try. I hope you do and share your findings so then I have confirmation if I am missing out on something wonderful.
