What's on purepinay's lockdown kitchen?
It's almost avocado season but I've been splurging on some avocados for few days now. So in every meal I have this on my plate and even as snack!
Today, I made a pan seared mahi-mahi that I marinated yesterday with lemon, thyme, black peppers, salt and the organic mixed spices I bought from S&R. On the side I have an avocado.
