Cucumbers Are Magical
Cucumbers are a regular part of my diet, I was instantly hooked after discovering the massive benefits and uses that cucumbers provide. Cucumbers contain over 90 percent water and are a fantastic way to keep the body hydrated for several hours. High amounts of plant lignans aid the bacteria in our stomach by binding and converting cancer-related compounds. This means that cucumber could reduce the risks for several types of cancers and disease. In my attempts to eat a cucumber everyday, I will either slice up the cucumber in very thin slices for a salad, or I will add it to a smoothie. You would never guess it, but adding a cucumber to your smoothie adds such great flavor and will probably not even notice it is in there.
The other reason I love cucumbers and always keep some in the house, is there a multiple uses of this super vegetable. Some mornings I suffer from puffy eyes due to allergies, applying cold cucumber slices to the eyes for just 10 or 15 minutes does wonders for reducing the swelling. I have also had the idea recently, to create my own lotion/aloe. I believe that blending up a cucumber and adding it to coconut oil would concoct a great homemade remedy. The cucumber is good for the health of the body, but it is not recommended to eat it for people who are structurally weak,, because they lose weight
It certainly should be eaten with other proteins and vegetables! I usually put it into a smoothie or eat them in a side salad.
Cucumber is a beautiful choice for the diet I was suffering from stomach ulcers because excess acidity and i was eating the cucumber it helps to reduce acidity Because of his basic pH @purefood

Cucumber belongs to the same family of squash, pumpkin and watermelon. It consists of 95% water and keeps us hydrated as well.

I eat cucumbers almost every day, they are regular in my diet, besides almost everything is water, it helped me a lot when I was in the process of losing weight, also very good taste

In my house we do not have a place to grow, I would love it but live let's say in the city, but if I buy them in stores
