My first month running

Hello steemians, how is going your week? I can smell the weekend!
I want to talk about my progress and how I feel about this new fact in my life because I’m very happy with it.

I allways been a thin person and I usually made exercice and eat wathever I want.
This last year my life turned more sedentary, my work was with less movement and all this made me more lazy than never.

All this things made me win aproximayely 10kg... and my higher weight, 70kg 😨

I’m conscient that I’m not fat, but I’m not confortable with how looks my body now... so this picture was the first day before go running.
And this was my first running day results, I was exhausted that day.
Now I look the distance and It’s ridiculous! 😂😂😂

So, I used to go running 3 or 4 days in a week.
The days that I can’t go running I make exercice at home and there was some days that I don’t made nothin’, and the results are that in 3 weeks I lost 3 kg (now I dont’t know my weight) and thursday when I went to run the last time theese were my results:

I’m so happy with the changes and my results, and I also feel less stressed because it relaxes me and helps me don’t think about nothing in few moments and only be conscient about my breathing.
So i will show you all my future advances and if you are thinking about go running, no more excuses! I’m feeling wonderful now ☺️

You run faster than me. Amazing. I run a little for basketball but really got to get back in shape and am working on it at 33 and it is great. Good work. You are lovely. You do look fit.
