steemit people - are we/they all fake?steemCreated with Sketch.

Let me explain what I mean by that!

I am a fresh steemit user, I've been using it for few days now and I like it so far, but...
The main picture I've got so far about this platform is that everything seems to be to good to be true. I personally don't like that. I am more a "Hurt Me With The Truth, Don't Comfort Me With Your Lies" person.
I have never came across of some kind of an argument, beef, disslike,... That's just not normal!
This is utopia, this is not how real world acts.

There are many other social networks where people say all kinds of shit, here on steemit - nothing! Here everybody welcomes you in a cheesie way, seems fake.
Let's take reddit for example: I found reddit crowd really tough. If you ask something "stupid", something that doesn't fit well in the thread...you get downvoted and bashed immediately.

Why is that?
Is it because of money (rewards) we earn by posting here, so we don't want to show our real face because we could get less upvotes?
If I would post this on reddit, I'm pretty sure I would get lots of downvotes, let's see what happens here. :)

Well, let me here it from you guys, I'm really interessted whats your opinion about this.
