I managed to draw such a nice graph.
Training went well, and after the first 15 minutes I felt the extra energy that was with me to the end. In the last minute I additionally accelerated to get tired - then the pulse accelerated to 164 beats per minute.
I chose the twelfth training program and set the load to level 6
Conditions for the exercise were very pleasant, 22 degrees Celsius, in the middle of the training the temperature increased to 28 degrees - I think I gave back so much heat to the environment :)
Time is normally set to 60 minutes and (as I mentioned) not only I made conscientiously and honestly an entire hour of exercises, then at the end I found the last reserve for maximum effort in the last minute.
In conclusion - this twelfth training program and the load on level 6, allowed me to burn almost 800 kcal in an hour.
The strong end of the training allowed me to enter the anaerobic department for a while - this range of heart rate is difficult for me, but it appeared.
