Na 8mą rano byłem umówiony na śniadanie ze znajomymi, więc pobudka 5.30 i ogień!
Połowa trasy dookoła jeziora Czos jest świetnie przygotowana do aktywności fizycznej.
Cała pętla ma 13 km. Połowa pętli to ścieżka rowerowo-piesza.
Druga połowa to dzika ścieżka. Biegło się trochę trudniej, ślę takie dzikie trasy mają swój urok.

To był krótki, ale mega intensywny weekendowy wypad na Mazury.
Fajnie, że udało mi się wpleść trening w napięty program wizyty.
Nie biegałem od dwóch tygodni. Teraz myślę, że pójdę za ciosem, i wrócę do regularnych treningów.
