Thus far I've noticed that if you hit on a topic that is deemed as too controversial, you get added to the black list on this place. The good news is, at least they don't delete content nor prevent anyone from seeing it. They simply give a warning that it might be bad content with the option to look at it anyways.
Thankfully thus far, third party front ends such as dTube, Busy, DSound, etc do not do the "hiding content with the option to view anyways" -- the worst that happens is the comment in the comments section. Well, who cares on that. A comment is just a comment.
This doesn't prevent people from up-voting comment and it doesn't void anyone from being paid STEEM Rewards. But it does show that even a really good system such as this can be gamed by big power players who do not like their narratives contradicted.

@allthereisislove you're quite welcome. We need to all work together to fight against abuses of this system. All systems are tools so any tool can be abused. When a tool is abused, the abuser must be taken to task so they can take personal response ability and have accountability.

This account and it's owner, have around 50 bots and accounts, and likely more, with a lot of SP milking the system.
Try flagging this accounts comments, and see what happens...
A script is running and the main owner and witness acct usually comes up with a large UPvote to counter your flag, effectively removing your comments so to speak, keeping their SPAM attack comments at the top of replies, effectively sort of censoring your flag, it is what the 1% do here, which I used to be part of LOL
I just do not behave like them or target people I do not like.
Try a flag or 2, then wait a min. Refresh the comments and mention what I said earlier to @ timcliff, honestly, he is the top witness, and I have been talking to him about this.

Okay I can respect that. Just figured you're a knowledgeable source so when I talk about this on the air you could make sure I have my facts straight. But I guess I'll just have to brave those rapids myself and make my best guesses based on my observations.

Sounds to me like he runs censorship bots, not to warn people about scams, but just to censor anyone he disagrees with. Is he one of the owners of steemit itself? Because this bot does more than just leave comments, it edits how your posts are displayed. Thats more than merely just an average bot. Thats one with admin access.
No, just a mean spirit who seems full of himself.
I don't see a difference between one and the other. Anyone who he disagrees with or dislikes or what have you, he attacks. Seems like a censorship advocate to me.
