My Easter food [Atama or bangha soup]
Today being 4th/04/2021 Sunday also Easter, I decided to spoil myself alittle with my local delicacy called Atama or bangha soup.
Locally prepared by me in my small chicken, here are the ingredients that made up the soup.
1=palm fruits
After removing the dirt put it in a pot boil it until it become soft then you pound in a mortal.
3= salt
4=Maggi
5=pepper
6=periwinkles
7=onions
8=crayfish.
Ready to be served and eat.
