I had hotpot (my first and only time) in Tianjin, China. I visited a family who my son was staying with and they threw everything in there. It was good, but very interesting to see how they cooked it!
Looks really delicious with all the different ingredients in it. This looks very much like steamboat where raw food are put into the boiling soup only when we are ready to eat it. It is popular especially during Chinese New Year which is next week.

First time i heard about hotpot, but it looks amazing, i think i gotta try it, so i dont miss out something tasty.
I also ate when I was in hostel for doing study.. We had made hotpot by Some friends....
