Greetings world of Steemians!

If you have been following me for some time now, you must surely know that food and me are to that we cannot separate!

Then after school studies, I fell in the kitchen pot, this happened in the year 2001 - The beginning of a long chapter in the hotel industry in Mauritius and in several other countries for me!

I ended my career in the hotel world after more than 16 years serving as Executive Chef in some of the world best hotels and restaurants. My last post was Executive Chef of a top 5 star hotel in Mauritius, ranked in the top 10 on Trip Advisor, The Residence Mauritius.

I had this one in a moroccan wedding during my last visit...trust me guys...this is something you definitely need to taste at least once!
