CLUB 75 | The Food Diary Game Season 7 : 31-03-2022 | Closing the 7th season with yet some yummy foods that I encountered during the day!

After a busy beginning of the month of March, it is only the last 10 days or so that I finally made my entry into the 7th season of The Food Diary Game!

And since I participated quite regularly and in my different posts I mainly shared the packed lunch menus that I serve to a contracted client.

I already shared 5 different packed lunches and today I will show you a 6th one...hope you enjoy it!

Creole Rice with chicken in soya sauce!

Creole rice...

This rice is simply steamed then sautéed with pineapple, kidney beans, onions, tomato, curry leaves and seasoned with salt and pepper...Very delicious on its own!!!

So first thing we do is place the rice in the take away boxes as you can see below...

While the rice is being put in the bowl, in a big wok we sauteed the chicken breast with soy sauce and some onions, sweet corn and green leaves!

Once cooked, the chicken is delicately placed on top of the rice!

Close the boxes and we can deliver...

Once all take away boxes are well closed, they are put in a crate and delivered asap!!!

Guests were all happy with today's food and now we are planning the menu for tomorrow, most likely we will be doing stir fried noodles with chicken, veggies and eggs!

Homemade Pizza and Tandoori grilled chicken burger!!!

To close the 7th season of the food diary game, I have the pleasure to share the below pizza which was made by my wife yesterday...
