... Tripe Curry with Chayotte and Calabash!
This dish is mainly served on the eve of a muslim wedding in Mauritius.
And as I was invited in my cousin wedding ceremony today, I was so looking forward to enjoy this dish!
And man... What to say...
It was simply super delicious!
