Many are still skeptical about it, suspicious of a last-second pullout by some group. Then there are those who blame the Chinese, and the more tech-savvy have already noticed that some miners are false-signalling for BIP 91. Time will show. I'm preparing for the usual dip this Thursday-Friday, but the long-term prospects for Bitcoin are great, even if there will be a hard fork in November.
