I discovered a trick I'll post beneath but I'm not so sure it's the most healthy thing but gotta be better than becoming opiate dependent (supposedly that blocks their MKultra as does pot but that's old info & public sure they've found ways around it by now&surely they partake as clones ergo that's problematic) I digress..Nick Brooks.... Ok so I accidentally discovered a way to get some sleep with minimal REM sleep time. Set an alarm to go off after an hour to 1&1/2hrs or even 1:45:00 possibly 2 so you can be activated then the alarm wakes ya up as you give the middle finger.(Only tthing is idk time being a factor if it passes the same as it does normally or appears to have slowed down while there. Like in time travel movies unsure if that's "hinting" at it or just the LHC).So this method of setting an alarm for 1-2hrs after starting sleep then once it goes off, set it to go off every 8mins after for another hour every time you re-enter REM sleep (it appears to happen a lot faster once you are waking up from such a state that the body can easily transition back into it if the waking period is very brief enough to hit snooze & go back) this entire week I've been doing this in an attempt to change my sleep schedule with no luck there but I did end up having extremely short & twisted illogical "mini dreams" where I'm aware of it & think just how out there & crazy the mind really is. Everything from designed video games to trippy stuff words can't explain but the trick is its only lasting about 5mins taking about 3mins or so to just skip back into it then waking up hit snooze repeat. It's certainly no way to live long term but maybe a good defense against being activated if it's going too wrong or a pattern of activation occurs or multiple nights back to back. This is highly experiemental & I feel shitty tired groggy & sleep deprived but living on just barely enough sleep to survive until I can catch some good zzz's. The other downside would be that after so long there will be an inevitable crash giving them at least 6-8hrs or more depending on the person as I only require 4-6hrs of sleep 8hrs is a long hard sleep for me hard to come by as well I'm lucky to get 6 typically only get 4 and maybe 2 one hour naps or less through out the day as I knod off. Anyway don't wanna bore everyone to death just sharing an idea it maybe totally useless or completely valid tactic for any who's being harassed excessively & merely wants a break but doesn't want to turn to meth or something crazy stimulants to stay awake days weeks or more & go nuts avoiding sleep altogether. Just trying to help is all. If it helps then that would be nice indeed. I discovered a trick I'll post beneath but I'm not so sure it's the most healthy thing but gotta be better than becoming opiate dependent (supposedly that blocks their MKultra as does pot but that's old info & public sure they've found ways around it by now&surely they partake as clones ergo that's problematic) I digress..Nick Brooks.... Ok so I accidentally discovered a way to get some sleep with minimal REM sleep time. Set an alarm to go off after an hour to 1&1/2hrs or even 1:45:00 possibly 2 so you can be activated then the alarm wakes ya up as you give the middle finger.(Only tthing is idk time being a factor if it passes the same as it does normally or appears to have slowed down while there. Like in time travel movies unsure if that's "hinting" at it or just the LHC).So this method of setting an alarm for 1-2hrs after starting sleep then once it goes off, set it to go off every 8mins after for another hour every time you re-enter REM sleep (it appears to happen a lot faster once you are waking up from such a state that the body can easily transition back into it if the waking period is very brief enough to hit snooze & go back) this entire week I've been doing this in an attempt to change my sleep schedule with no luck there but I did end up having extremely short & twisted illogical "mini dreams" where I'm aware of it & think just how out there & crazy the mind really is. Everything from designed video games to trippy stuff words can't explain but the trick is its only lasting about 5mins taking about 3mins or so to just skip back into it then waking up hit snooze repeat. It's certainly no way to live long term but maybe a good defense against being activated if it's going too wrong or a pattern of activation occurs or multiple nights back to back. This is highly experiemental & I feel shitty tired groggy & sleep deprived but living on just barely enough sleep to survive until I can catch some good zzz's. The other downside would be that after so long there will be an inevitable crash giving them at least 6-8hrs or more depending on the person as I only require 4-6hrs of sleep 8hrs is a long hard sleep for me hard to come by as well I'm lucky to get 6 typically only get 4 and maybe 2 one hour naps or less through out the day as I knod off. Anyway don't wanna bore everyone to death just sharing an idea it maybe totally useless or completely valid tactic for any who's being harassed excessively & merely wants a break but doesn't want to turn to meth or something crazy stimulants to stay awake days weeks or more & go nuts avoiding sleep altogether. Just trying to help is all. If it helps then that would be nice indeed.
