Hello everyone, Happy Weekend...

After coming here in Ukraine, I made a bank account with a debit card 2 years back. The reasons were very simple, I needed them for everyday life, that time I was a student and card status was a non-residential (holder) card.

Whatever, this is a private bank and they have online banking service as well. Well, their apps are really good with lots of facilities but their online customer service is a disaster.

Kharkiv city is lockdown already, it's been already 14 days so far, people are leading self-quarantined life and all offices, schools, colleges are off except supermarkets and banks.

So, normally people are staying at home now, if necessary they go out.

This is one of the shortcut busiest streets, walkways which are now calm like this. Whatever, it's better to stay at home and be safe.

Whatever, I tried to take help from an online portal to solve my bank issue but somehow it didn't work out like the way I wanted. So, as I didn't have any other option I went out at 9.30 am and went to the nearest regional Bank.

The bank branch was not very far away from my home, so it took 15 minutes to reach there, as you can see all the other shops were shut down. Some people were walking, going from one area to another as the metro is shut down already.

I was helpless otherwise I wouldn't go out, my problem was urgent, card issues and can't deposit or withdraw any money.

When I reached there, I saw a huge line of people serially waiting to enter into the bank. It took me 2 hours to enter into the bank but no fruitful result still. Whatever now I am having extra pressure.

After noticing the entire situation, I felt how much miserable life can be, the crisis is everywhere, fear is everywhere but still, we are fighting...

Because we have to live our life to survive..

Still, some people are working because it's about livelihood, some people are still serving their customers, some are still doing the cleaning job, some are still doing masonry work because it's life...

Still, people are working to survive and serve their daily life...
